The page attributes them to Weekly Famicom Tsūshin 1993-04-02, no. 224; that is probably a reprint or a mistaken citation. The scores match the 1988 issue 64 citation used by Wikipedia and the GEIMIN list. Read as a secondary transcription; the original 1988 page has not been found online, and the fan page's Japanese text has a few garbled characters.

In Famicom Tsushin's cross review, as transcribed on a fan page, Tōfuya Famibō (9) praised a scenario the player could get involved in, narrow and deep where Dragon Quest was broad and shallow, but found the battles sluggish and the second half's story slack.
