Credit: The run and its movie file are Pike's and Tiancaiwhr's. The movie, "pike,tiancaiwhr-rockman3.fm2" (SHA-1 15ea8faa965838a0632f7993ab24127c15883e91, 109,445 frames, 132,334 rerecords, made in FCEUX 2.1.5 on Rockman 3 - Dr. Wily no Saigo! (Japan)), is kept as a research input in research/private/tas/rockman-3/, never in the repo.
Notes: TASVideos files its Mega Man 3 runs under one game; this one, the current publication, is of the Japanese release. The newer of its two movies of the USA release, publication 252, is a Famtasia movie, which FCEUX doesn't play; converted to FM2 it desyncs and never reaches the ending. The atlas replays this one in FCEUX 2.6.6 (mega-man-3-2439m-fceux).

Replayed in FCEUX 2.6.6 and run 30,000 frames past its last input, Pike's and Tiancaiwhr's movie of Rockman 3, the Japanese release (TASVideos publication 2439, 109,445 frames), requests 50 of the track listing's 54 requested entries and the commands `$F0` and `$F2`. It never asks for the password screen's `$0E`, the bouncing shot's `$19`, `$1E`, or `$26`, and never for an entry no code requests. That ROM holds Mega Man 3 (USA)'s bytes for the sound engine, the sound table, and the effects.	`publication pagepublication page`	Verified
