Notes: Japanese Famicom booklet, HVC-UM, 6500 yen. The last page (PDF p. 45, unnumbered) carries a letter headed "To Mario's Players" in Japanese, signed "マリオススタッフ" and dated "1988. 10. 23." (the release date). The booklet describes the map screen and two-player game and lists the items.
