Each of the five logistic chests holds 48 slots: an active provider pushes its contents into the network, a passive provider offers them on request, a storage chest takes what nobody asked for (and can be filtered to one item), a requester is filled by robots up to the amounts set, and a buffer chest is both a requester and a passive provider.	`Logistic chestsLogistic chestsLogistic chestsLogistic chestsLogistic chests`	Wiki
Robots fetch a requested item first from active providers and the player's trash slots, then from storage and buffer chests, then from passive providers; requests are served for players first, then requester chests, then buffer chests.	`Chest prioritiesChest priorities`	Wiki
Once logistic robotics is researched, the character works as a requester: the player sets amounts to keep in the inventory and logistic robots bring them, and items beyond a request's maximum go to trash slots that robots empty.	`introductionTrash`	Wiki
