- David Scotton, who traced the ROM with BSNES Plus and DiztinGUIsh and labeled it with Claude, per the README. Any label or comment quoted in Chrono Trigger claims from it is theirs.
- Notes
- asar source for Chrono Trigger (SNES, US v1.0, unheadered, CRC32 2D206BF7): bank_C0 to bank_FF .asm plus data/*.asm of table structure (enemy_stats, enemy_rewards, item_weapon_stats, xp_to_next, shops, tech_props, and others) whose bytes are incbin'd from a ROM that tools/extract.py splits out at build time. The README says build.sh verifies a byte-identical result, and that Claude analyzed and labeled the code from online resources (Chrono Compendium, Data Crystal, Geiger's documents) over a BSNES Plus and DiztinGUIsh trace; treat labels as leads until read against the code. asar is not one of the atlas's assemblers (see docs/data-model.md, ROM regions), and the build was not run here, so the byte match is unchecked by us.
