Whip upgrade
A pickup or purchase that lengthens or strengthens the main weapon, one level at a time or straight to a level.
On this page
A whip upgrade raises the level of the main weapon. Castlevania drops one only while Simon holds enough hearts for his whip level, and each one raises the level by 11. Simon’s Quest sells whips instead, and a bought whip sets the level outright2.
